The Odyssey is a collection of a community of townhomes and an upscale condominium building located in Grimsby, Ontario. The Odyssey condominium is a twenty-storey building with a single floor underground parking garage. The Odyssey project includes twenty-seven multi-storey townhomes. Jointly, the townhomes and the condominium building is approximately 250,000 sq. ft. of living space and over 90,000 sq. ft. of underground parking.

CPE Painting is responsible for painting the interior of all suites and common areas, providing wallcoverings and installation, and staining selected surfaces.
