Waterworks is a luxury condominium building located at the heart of downtown Toronto, Ontario. This is a thirteen-storey building with four levels in the underground parking garage, a YMCA on the lower level, and an upscale food court on the ground floor. There are 290 suites with over 390,000 sq. ft. of living area and over 100,000 sq. ft. of underground parking.

CPE Painting is painting all the suites, the common areas – including a high ceiling in the Great Hall – the underground parking garage, the exterior of the building, and installing all wallcoverings and staining.
